Dah balik msia nih..byk le kan dugaanyer..
dulu mkn sekali sehari, now kene arh 3 kali kan..
A couple of weeks ago - a mak nyah said this to me..
"yang, nnti kurus sikit ye"
wahaahahhahaahha..i know la i've gained few kilos..but i'm still a size 10..
so, ok la, i have decided to cut my daily food intake by half (kecuali weekend!!)...see if it will do me any good..
its not really hard actually coz previously i ate byk gile for brekpes, lunch, dinner
contohnyer spt nasik lemak, diikuti dengan nasik goreng for lunch and nasik paprik for dinner..
so cutting it by half means - i just need to skip breakfast, amik normal portion of lunch and separuh dinner..
I consider today my biggest success, so far..
why?
ok..skang kan musim cempedak..so everyday pon kene beli cempedak goreng..
but today, only today, i managed to say no when makcik jual cempedak tanya td - hari ni tanak beli cempedak ke dik..?...
and also, for dinner today, wlpon diorg letak kteow mamak kat sebelah my cubicle..buat2 x nmpak jeerk..but kalau esok dinner nyer pizza, I dont think I could buat2 x nmpak again..huhuhuhuh
