Farewell~~~

Well, not for me..
Today we went to Wong Solo @ Kg Baru.
One of our colleagues, Shrek is leaving - seconded to Property Division.
Today's his last day. So we went to mkn2 and hang out one last time before he left lah.
Because it was a, well kinda, farewell party (this one was the 2nd one, the first one was at E&O and boss belanja us all), so I shall say nothing bout the food+service there.
He's the eighth person to leave (Since I started working here lah).. and two more going elsewhere very2 soon
8 ppl in 8 months..so what does that say bout this dept?

The Right Solution

Now I wear contact lenses for more than 12 hours everyday.
Back in Cardiff, I only put them on for like 4-5hours/day - only when I went outside.
So my eyes were kinda dry+red and I had to use lens lubricant 3-4 times a day until..........

Since early this weak, I started to use Alcon Opti-Free Express. I'd always wanted to try Opti Free coz its one of the premium ones (dolu2 pkai cap specsavers je..)and even my optometrist back in Cardiff recommended it.
This is my second day, and all that I can say is its worth the premium!!!
My eyes feel moist the whole day and there's no need to use the lens lubricant..

It's the first contact lens solution to receive regulatory clearance to claim "No Rub" in the name of the product and its the No 1 solution in the US!
